Do you only design events in Cibolo?
We are more than happy to travel for your special event! We proudly serve surrounding cities + towns. $100 fee for every hour of driving, if your event is 3 hours away for example, that's $600 round trip.

How far in advance should we book our balloon services?
We encourage clients to reach out at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability but also to give us time if we need to custom create any elements like ceiling fringe or foam board backdrops.

Can you create designs that match our event colors and style?
Absolutely! With different event themes we love incorporating colors and accent pieces that make each design truly unique.

How much is needed to book?
To lock in your event date and design we require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the project total. The remaining half is due 24hrs prior to delivery + set up.

What if we only need a simple balloon garland instead of a full-service package?
We are delighted to help with smaller designs as well! We offer grab + go garlands starting $88 as well as number stacks starting at $75 for basic and $150 for more complex.
